The house is great and the location is in an area of the beach that had a fair bit less traffic. We would definitely book this house again. The host agency is very attentive. The only issue, which didn't really affect us, was that the code for the door didn't work. They provided a key, which was fine.

Beautiful place & location! Check in was frustrating several key codes wouldn’t work. The key in the lock box wouldn’t work on the door. The lift was messed up and ended up having a maintenance guy come out said he had to order a part. Little problem with love bugs in one of the bedsrooms they came out cleaned everything up and put on fresh sheets. We would stay again there was 9 of us and had a blast!!

Location was exceptional! The living areas were wonderful and the kitchen was the heart.Upstairs bedrooms the configuration did not make sense. The issue is if you were staying in the back room you had to go in and out of the first room. Now we looked at many houses and chose this one because it had a lift. It worked one time going up and was not working the whole ten days we stayed. Taking everything we brought up 20 feet of stairs was exhausting since we had two people that were handicap and a pregnant mother that couldn't carry their belongings.

Beautiful Beach House, View, and Amenities Galore

This beach house has amazing views. It was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you might need including two refrigerators. There are two areas for visiting with friends inside and many more tables, chairs, and a hot tub for gathering outside. It was absolutely perfect and my group will return next year. I highly recommend this vacation rental for a small or very large group. We did not have children with us on this trip, but it would be great for all ages. There is even a high chair tucked away if needed.

Perfect beach front location!

We booked for our family reunion this year and it was PERFECT! Location was perfect, right on the water, not super crowded, had a lot of stuff supplied! Perfect for the weekend getaway with the entire family! Super clean! We would definitely recommend this property!

Great house & great location

This is the second time we've stayed here and love it. The house is very spacious and clean. The location couldn't be any closer to the beach. The two separate living areas is nice, and the second refrigerator is a huge plus. We would stay here again!

Perfect fit

This house was designed for people who wish to stay in or near the house. Ample seating for meals and relaxation as a group. The acoustics were awesome since we took a few guitars with us too. We had a local church youth group I saw from another review, carry the luggage up for a donation. You can reach them at 409-684-4413. Ask for Pastor Daniel. This was a wonderful vacation and i would recommend the house to anyone who wants to leave some trouble behind for a few days.

Staff Retreat

Our pastoral staff stayed for 2 nights for planning purposes. Each minister had their own bedroom which was helpful after a long day of planning. The house is mere steps from the beach. At the time of our stay, there were very few others on the beach. The house is well apportioned and very suitable with two living room spaces and 4 of the 5 bedrooms have an en-suite restroom. The grill was suitable, a very nice deck, and plenty of parking space. If the opportunity arises again, we will consider this as our number 1 choice. (App would not let me list the “who stayed” as Staff)

The house & location were awesome!! We enjoyed home & our only problem was no electricity the first night. I realize it wasn’t your fault but it was very upsetting & then on our last night it happened again. Again it was unfortunate but put a damper on our trip. Would love to use this property again. The Whole Family 2023 Vacation

I found this listing on VRBO and the size and location were perfect for what we needed. Our entire Family 4 generations stayed! 18 people in total and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed and the Beach walking access was perfect to go back and forth with the babies and the Grandparents! The only thing I wish was different would of been the check in and check out times! I understand there is a cleaning process and that takes time
 However not being able to check in before 4pm on a Thursday and then literally having to pack everything Saturday Evening just to make sure the little things got tidied up on the inside Sunday before 10am was a bit of a rush especially having Little’s that needed breakfast and the wake up process. Maybe adjust those hours and it would be PERFECT! Over All Memories were Made and we enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful Cabin and Location!
