This is an incredible 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home, featuring unobstructed beach views you are sure to fall in love with. Enjoy breathtaking gulf views from the second or private third-floor balconies. The beach is just a short walk, golf cart ride, or drive away. Seanutt is conveniently located 1.9 miles east of The Big Store, so you are not far from getting anything you need.

With 3 sitting areas, the home is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The large kitchen has both a Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, as well as all the cookware you need for your getaway meals. There is ample seating at the island and dining tables, and you'll even have the convenience of a washer and dryer on the premises. High speed internet is available for streaming on the home's televisions, or on your own devices. There is also a computer workstation for your use!

At 3000 square feet, Seanutt can accommodate 22. The home features 2 primary bedrooms - both have king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The remaining three bedrooms have two queen beds in each. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and Smart TV. In addition, there are 3 queen sleeper sofas in the home.

On the ground level, you can utilize the shady space for entertaining - there is a charcoal grill and picnic table, as well as an outdoor shower you are sure to enjoy!

Need more room? Swedes has companion houses for rent nearby. Spoonbill would be perfect to rent alongside Seanutt.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Great House for our family and friends

We had a great stay, the home was great and the host was easy to deal with. Only opportunity was with the check-in as other properties we have stayed with did not require a trip to an office we recieved instruction and a code to access the property making it very convenient.

We loved the location and easy access to the beach. The outside shower was perfect for getting the sand off the kids before they came into the house. We had a group of 21 and the 5 bedrooms were perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The house seems to be well insulated as we were able to keep the rooms cool and could not hear others through the walls. It was the perfect house rental for us.

Good location, spacious house but dirty and no basic items

good location near beach and good amount of space. but property was very dirty - everything seemed to be sticky from the carpets to the dishes. Also, it doesn't come with linens, basic toiletries or paper products (TP, Kleenex), which is quite annoying for a relatively short trip.

Great for large families

Fit well for our family of 18. Plenty of BR’s and BR’s for us all. Younger kids had a room to themselves with beds, tv and plenty of games. Lots of coffee and coffee condiments. Plenty of parking for our 3 trucks with trailers and the additional cars. Convenient beach access one street over. Only negative I have is wooden patio furniture is no longer stable and should be removed before someone gets hurt.

Our second year for our annual family beach trip. Perfect size for our group of 18. Comfortable beds, lots of space for gatherings, lots of parking space and short distance to beach. Love the 12am check in. Wish check out was later. We have 3 trucks with trailers and 2-3 cars. Love the convenience of the bridge over the sand dunes one street behind. Cabin needs a few upgrades. TV in front LR does not work. K-cup part of coffee maker does not heat up. Outdoor tall chairs need to be removed. Not sturdy, sway from side to side. Hoping these things are updated before our next years stay because this cabin really fits our fam.

this was one of the most disappointing vacation me and my family had from the get go there was one thing after another wrong , we had to wait till 7:30 at night to get sheets and towels, most of my family had to go buy towels, the shower rod was not hanging right then in another shower the shower head was broken, then the grill was dirty, refrigerator was nasty, then our last night we finally had tv in the roomsbecause tv wasn't working either...i had 7 kids there tv was a need...then my granddaughter got cut because of broken glass that was on ground when we arrived by the steps and she stepped on it ..this was not a very relaxing weekend at all and this is the first time that we had a bad experience in a rental.

Two family rooms, a large table, a giant fridge, great outdoor space, and a bathroom for each of the 5 bedrooms PLUS a half bath an outdoor shower. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of them with 2 Queens, and 2 with 1 King. We brought a queen sized air mattress to use in the double-sized primary bedroom; 2 would have fit-and the primary bedroom also has two full attached baths! All of the appliances we used worked. The house was very homey. The location is great. It's a walk to the beach that would be a lot more enjoyable had we rented a golf cart. The beach itself was decent as well. Do bring some allergy meds though as the AC ducts need a change out- This company was accommodating and professional. I am glad we rented this house from them.

There should be a sign that states "Watch your step" because it was higher than the other steps. We would definitely rent this property in the future.

I was also unable to go upstairs due to the wobbly handrail on the staircase. These were minor issues for me. Everything else was great. My family of 22 people enjoyed our time together for our vacation. Thanks to Swedes for making it easy to rent this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious rental is perfect for our annual birding trip for Spring Migration. Spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We have rented this same property for several years. However, there are a few items that need work. The grill has two broken legs, isn't at all clean and the utensils need to be discarded. It should be replaced with a gas grill so it isn't a fire hazard. The downstairs outside shower head needs cleaning so the spray will hit properly. These are small itens easily addressed. The patio furniture is not "luxury". In fact, it is shabby, not appropraite outdoor furntiure and needs updating. I will be glad to attach pictures.

Blended family vacay

I looked for a property that could easily accommodate 20-22 people at one time. The Seanutt was perfect for our family dynamic! Each bedroom has its own bath. Our only issue was we were not made aware of a 10hr “scheduled” power outage that ended up lasting 33hours! We made the best of a difficult situation and made lasting memories. We will definitely be doing this again!!💜
