The Space:

Inside Pelican Pointe, the living room opens up with plush leather seating, a loveseat, and a smart TV—perfect for movie nights or rainy-day downtime. Board games offer a little friendly competition, and large windows frame beautiful views that remind you you're never far from the water. The adjacent eat-in kitchen features stone countertops, white cabinetry, and all the essentials, plus a Keurig for easy mornings. The dining table for six—with bench seating—invites the crew to gather around for shared meals before heading back outside.



Step out to the patio where a picnic table and grill create an effortless setup for outdoor dining and coastal cookouts. With lake access just steps away, you can launch into nature at your own pace—kayak, fish, or simply soak in the coastal scenery. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a set of full-over-full bunk beds, a twin size bed, a twin size trundle, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Street parking for 8 vehicles available.

- Guests need to walk up the set of stairs outdoors to enter the home.

- This home is pet friendly for 2 dogs maximum. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $39 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

- This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entry door.

- High chair and children’s dinnerware provided.
