Welcome to Crystal Beach!!! Upon arrival to this amazing property, youâll be greeted by the downstairs entertainment area! The saltwater pool (not heated) and hot tub feature a marble surround for sitting as you dip your toes in and soak your troubles away! Thereâs plenty of seating for relaxing and hanging out, as you watch the kids swim, catch a game on the outdoor TV, or just enjoy the company of those you choose to share it with! Also, on this level is a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), an outdoor shower and half bathroom.
Moving upstairs, thereâs a huge wrap-around deck with tons of POLYWOOD seating for taking in the salty air and listening to the waves break. As you go inside, 3,200 square feet of luxurious comfort hit you in the face! The open living, dining and kitchen form the perfect location for large gatherings without feeling cramped. From the beautiful dĂ©cor to the massive dining table and gourmet kitchen, thereâs plenty of space for everyone! What a space for entertaining!!! The spacious kitchen features all the comforts of home, and for my fellow coffee connoisseurs, drip and K-cup style coffee makers are provided (bring your own grinds or pods).
Moving down the hallway, there are 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry closet with 2 sets of washers and dryers. Sleeping 22 in indulgent comfort, there are 3 king bed suites with full ensuite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with double queen beds and a bunk room with 4 built-in queen beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, and features Dynasty CoolBreeze mattresses and high-quality bedding throughout! This home is the perfect venue for large family gatherings, group getaways, a couples retreat or a lazy weekend at the beach.
