BRAND NEW 3/2 beachside home in the Sandpiper subdivision in Crystal Beach. Private beach access is a quick 5 minute walk! It's perfect for families to experiencing the fresh ocean breezes and when everyone returns from the beach, head to the outdoor shower to rinse off before the family chef creates a delicious meal using pots/pans inside or firing up the charcoal grill.

Outdoor space includes plenty of seating around bar/firepit to enjoy the games and watch the beautiful sunset and sunrise.

The Space
Our 3- bedroom 2-bath custom built home is perfect for families and friends and can sleep 8 people comfortably.

Our kitchen is a highlight of the house as we understand the best times are around food and drinks. We have several spices available, several pots and pans to use, and Instant Pot available. We also have silverware, plates/bowls, as well as different types of glassware for the perfect beverage (coffee, juice/water, martini, tiki glass). All appliances are completely new and will be there for the chef to design a beautiful meal for the family. Our home was decorated with gatherings in mind as the kitchen so the openness will enable continuous conversations, drinks, and food.

We do have high speed internet (fastest available for the peninsula) however when the peninsula gets busy, the WIFI becomes spotty. You'll have 50+ inch smart TVs to catch up on your favorite shows after a beach day and board games for fun.

From essentials wise, we supply:
- Initial supply of trash bags (white and liners)
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay
- 4-6 coffee pods
- Dishwasher pods
- Hand soap
- Laundry pods to wash up to 3 loads

If you need more, the Big Store will have all these in stock.

Exterior wise, there are patio furniture on the top deck for the whole family to enjoy breathtaking sunrise, sunset, and mid-afternoon swing on the hammock while enjoy a small sliver of the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing and relax. The lawn is also sprayed for mosquitos and bugs!

Downstairs, there's plenty of seating for the family to enjoy some cold drinks, play games (jenga, cornhole) and gather around the firepit for s'mores. The string lights elevate the environment and will be the perfect place to capture and make memories. There is also a charcoal grill available.

Before going to the beach, we have all your essentials available for you - mini cart to take essentials, cooler to keep your drinks cold, sand toys for the kiddos, and beach chairs to lounge in. We also have beach towels for the family to use.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire home, with exception to our owner’s closet. There is a smart lock on the front door which we'll provide the code to enter once it gets closer to the check in date and a key for you to use the garage and back balcony.
