Happy Place is located on the Emerald Beach II subdivision. Don't forget your furry best friend! Happy Place is a pet-friendly home that welcomes small dogs with a $200 non-refundable fee. This affordable home has all the comforts of home! It is a 2-bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. Bedroom two has 2 twin/full bunk beds. The kitchen has everything you'll need to make your favorite meals. The living room has a TV with satellite for your entertainment. Outside, you can enjoy the amazing breeze from the deck. Downstairs, you'll find a charcoal BBQ grill for the "Grill Master" to create yummy entrees for the family. There is a picnic table for seating and enjoying dinner outside! Once you are ready to spend some time at the beach, it's just a short walk, golf cart, or dive away! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long, fun day at the beach! This is the perfect place to call home on your family vacation. We hope you find your "Happy place" at this great home!
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest

All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
