Crystal Beach is Texas at its finest. Drive, park, barbeque, swim, fish, build sandcastles, have events, or just relax on this beautiful and convenient beach.

The beach house has everything you could need to enjoy your vacation.

The home is lifted over 14 feet off of the ground, and the entire space is a retreat.

The upper decks are spacious and include sunny and shady deck areas. Seating and lighting is plentiful with beach views and you can hear the gentle ocean waves.

Walk inside to your open-concept luxury kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could possibly need on a vacation. The kitchen and island area seat 8 people comfortably. Small appliances not shown in pictures include a toaster and a Margaritaville frozen concoction maker.

The living room has comfortable seating for 8-10 people and a large smart TV. You’ll find board games and toys in the bench. How about a game day, game night, or a movie night?

The master suite has a king bed, a 55” smart TV, a ceiling fan, and desk. This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with 2 vanities and a dual head walk-in shower. You’ll find extra towels and blankets, as well as a box fan..

Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a 43” smart TV, and a ceiling fan.

A hall bathroom connects bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. The bathroom features a tub and shower combo with towels.

Bedroom 3 has a queen over queen bunk bed, a 43” smart TV, and a ceiling fan. In the closet you will find extra blankets pack n play and some toys.

The laundry room a full size washer and dryer, beach towels, dog bed and some extra cleaning supplies.

The garage has a ping pong table, toys, washer boards, sand toys, large cooler for your use, beach chairs, beach cart, hammock swing and firewood.

There is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after coming back from the beach or just for enjoying a solid outdoor shower.

We have a large yard! Your kids and or your dog will love to play and turn cartwheels in this yard.

We work hard to maintain a place that you and yours can enjoy. Come stay with us and indulge in the beach life!

The neighborhood has its own golf cart and walk on beach access and there is ample private parking at the house.

Other things to note:
~If you are planning on having a party, this is not the house for you! We have neighbors that are full-time residents. We have quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
~Our water heater will only serve hot water to one fixture at a time. The power grid in Crystal Beach is not the greatest, so the lights may also flicker when hot water is being used. If that’s going to make or break your vacation, I would consider another location.
~Person booking must be at least 24 and have government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform.
~Smoking or vaping in the house or on the decks is not allowed.

*Elevator use needs host authorization and is not ADA compliant. Fee associated for maintenance will be added after request is made

Our stay was wonderful. We were traveling with some people of limited mobility, and the elevator inside the house made our trip possible. We were able to hear the waves from our balcony, and the walkover to the beach was very close. We had fun playing ping pong, and appreciated beach chairs and an umbrella. Joanne was very pleasant to work with, and hopefully we will be back!

We had a great time. The location is amazing. We’ve stayed at a few houses in the same area and this one is my favorite so far! We had everything we needed. The beach toys and beach chairs were so helpful! So glad we didn’t have to bring those along with us on our trip. Can’t wait to come back!

This house is perfect for families with children. It’s packed with lots of activities and games. It’s located close to town which made it super convenient. We visit Crystal Beach frequently and our children said this was their favorite house thus far.

Great stay at Casa de Barbara

We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Barbara. The house is just as described. Waking up, having coffee on the deck and listening to waves roll in was a great way to start the day! The location one street off the beach with a nice view of the beach and very close beach access was awesome. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is nice and all the amenities you need are there. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Family Fun with Fur Babies!

We loved the beach house! It was in a great location very close to beach just one row of houses in front but we still had a view of the beach! It was clean which is a must for me! It had plenty of room for all of us and the dogs! We really liked the elevator as it was great for a family member that can't really use stairs. I would rent it again!

Great location with extremely easy golf cart & pedestrian access to beach. Clean, well stocked, and CHILD FRIENDLY. Garage could use a little more lighing since there is ping pong & other games, but was still useable. Appreciated the beach toys and other beach items. Polite, professional & efficient communication by host. Appreciated the unsolicited offer of delayed departure due to local road flooding. Only issue was the deadbolt lock did not work correctly with the retrieve & use key from lockbox.

Beautiful Property

There were so many amenities- everyone felt very comfortable and it was a happy week! Beds are comfy and bathrooms are spacious. The elevator was an added bonus for all of our luggage! Beach house get away

The house is just as it shows online. Communication with owner very easy with quick responses which I very much appreciate. The check in and check out was easy. Location is literally walking distance to the beach. Having use of an elevator is what made our trip as I was traveling with my elderly parents who don’t do steps so easily anymore and of course pet friendly. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side this time but we were able to do some beachcombing for sea glass shells and sharks teeth unfortunately still haven’t master finding a sharks tooth yet. We always enjoy coming to crystal beach! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Great location but not impressed with the house

Disappointed about the AC. We had miserable nights it was so hot. The extra fans did not help at all. The towels and blankets smelled like they were not dried completely. Just not a comfortable stay...
