The open kitchen and living area welcomes you immediately upon arrival. This upscale kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has a huge island with seating and a hightop kitchen table. Upscale appliances make cooking and entertaining a breeze.

The living area is open to the kitchen with 2 couches, a loveseat and a 65' Roku TV. The entertainment center has board games and cards to keep you busy on those late nights or rainy days.

The master suite has a king bed, a 43" Roku TV, a ceiling fan operated with a remote and has extra built-in accent lighting. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a walk in upscale shower, and separate toilet area for privacy. The closet is stocked with hangers, a small first aid kit and extra bandaids.

The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, a 43' Roku TV, a ceiling fan operated with a remote and a closet with extra hangers.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of full over full bunks with the option to sleep up to 8. It has a 43' Roku TV and a ceiling fan operated by a remote.

The 4th bedroom is off the living area and is accessed through a sliding barn door. It has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks with a fun beachy atmosphere. It has a 32' Roku TV, children's books and a tower fan.

The 2nd bathroom is at the end of the hall with a bathtub/shower combo and is fully stocked with towels for all.

The laundry room has a stackable washer and dryer off the hall and an ironing board and iron.

The garage is stocked with outdoor games and beach accessories including:

There is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water to shower off after a day at the beach. There is also a foot wash area at the bottom of the stairs to rinse off your feet or beach toys.

We have everything you will need to enjoy and have the best beach vacation.

We will message you 24 hours before check-in with the address and your unique door code.

There is direct beach access in this neighborhood and the driveway allows for plenty of parking.
Other things to note
Please be considerate of neighbors. We do have quiet hours from 10pm-8am, so this is not the place to have a huge party. We do encourage fun family gatherings; however, drunken, loud late night parties are prohibited.

Person booking must be 24 and have a government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform.

We are pet friendly, but do ask that all dogs stay off of all furniture and beds. It is the owners responsibility to pick up any messes. Poop bags are provided to clean up after your pet. Dogs cannot be left unattended at the house unless they are in a crate provided by the renter.
