Fantastic space on a very nice beach

Our family celebrated Christmas here and found most everything to be just great! A big shout-out for the kitchen, which was large enough for five of us to work in comfortably and was well-stocked in the appliance department. We were thrilled to find an Instant Pot, rice cooker, crock pot, and loads of serving ware. Even the knives were relatively sharp! One word of warning: definitely bring mosquito repellent. We were not expecting mosquitos in late December! They are not a problem on the beach, but if you're walking (or bird watching) anywhere other than the beach you will want to be protected. Overall, a very good experience with a fantastic house and a very professional and kind management company!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With 6 bdrms it was very spacious for our group of 15. The elevator was great for packing supplies and luggage. Great view and no traffic, easy access to the beach. The master bed was decent but needs to be upgraded in a place of this stature.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seacrest is a beautiful roomy house. Beautiful view of the Gulf. My daughters,who rent beach homes from Port Aransas to Florida, said it was one of the nicest and cleanest houses that they have stayed. Gave it four stars because there was no cable/satellite TV. Everything was streaming and service was mediocre at best. My son’s in law’s, granddaughter’s boyfriends, and grandson and friend watched the games they wanted on their phones. The games on TV buffered so much that they were over a quarter behind. Such a beautiful expensive house and can’t get simple basic TV. Still I would recommend this beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay that everyone enjoyed. Such good memories were made.
