Welcome to this wonderful country house for 6 people and with private pool, on the outskirts of Porreres.
The rural environment of this finca is perfect for those who love the countryside and its peace. Beautiful fields surround the wonderful stone building and the private chlorine pool that sizes 7 x 4 metres and has water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 metres. You'll surely enjoy it after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers available. Then, you can enjoy a delicious meal at the covered terrace and have a very nice evening while chatting on the sofa at the porch. The property is not fenced.

The house comprises two floors. When you enter you find a beautiful living room with TV-sat and a DVD player, which is open to the dining area. Next, there is the Majorcan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Please, note that the wood oven and the fireplace cannot be used. Then, there are two bedrooms, with twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a bath, that complete this floor. Upstairs you have another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an independent shower. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. And you will find 4 fans, 2 electric radiators, a baby cot and a high-chair available.

The finca is located about 6.6 km away from Porreres, an authentic Majorcan town where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. In fact, the gastronomic and enology variety is great in the area. You will also be very near the most beautiful beaches in the south like sa RĂ pita, about 18.5 km away, ses Coveted or es Trenc.

Die Finca ist wunderschön und wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen

Die Finca ist wunderschön und wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen. Außer dem Klingeln der Halsbandglöckchen der umliegend grasenden Schafe und mal einem bellenden Hund in der Ferne ist es absolut ruhig. Einmal war ein Vogel sehr penetrant mit seinem Gesang. Das nĂ€chste Haus ist gut einen Kilometer entfernt. Wer also die absolute Ruhe möchte, ist hier richtig. Digital Detox ist aber Bedingung, denn es ist auch kein Handy und Datennetz vorhanden. Das war fĂŒr uns problematisch, weil wir fĂŒr unsere Arbeit eine digitale Datenverbindung zwingend brauchten. Selbst der mitgebrachte Accesspoint mit Zusatzantelle fĂŒr einen bessere Empfang hat nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön hergerichtet

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön hergerichtet und lag idyllisch auf dem Land. Hier hat man seine Ruhe und kann sehr gut entspannen. DafĂŒr waren AktivitĂ€ten und SupermĂ€rkte nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein Auto ĂŒber die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer ist hier also zu empfehlen. Im Haus war alles wie angegeben und die GerĂ€te funktionierten. Einzig die in der KĂŒche vorhandenen Messer waren teils zu stumpf. MĂŒllsĂ€cke sollten zu Beginn besser ausgehĂ€ndigt werden. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit vor Ort und konnten sehr gut entspannen. Mallorca ist eine wunderschöne Insel! Vielen Dank fĂŒr die Unterbringung!

Lugar tranquilo para pasar unos dĂ­as en familia

[+] La casa estĂĄ algo aislada, lo que permite disfrutar de un entorno muy tranquilo. Bien equipada, la piscina genial y posibilidad de usar la barbacoa. [-] La basura hay que llevarla con el coche hasta el pueblo, ya que no hay recogida en las inmediaciones.

Great stay at a beautiful and quiet place

Beautiful house surrounded by rural nature. Closest house was probably half km away. Place to enjoy time and relax undisturbed. Btw. pool is ok, they started some cleaning process upon our request and the water was crystal clear the next day. We fully enjoyed that with my 2.5 year daughter. 100% recommend and would come again.

Perfektes Finca mit Schwimmbad und großen LandflĂ€che fĂŒr jemanden , der Erholung und Ruhe sucht und ĂŒber einen Mietwagen verfĂŒgt. Schöne StrĂ€nde von Cal dOr und Playa del Moro in 20 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr gute Restaurants in Llucmajor und Sineu. In Porreres Supermarket mit Vinothek und Auswahl von lokalen Weine. Rundum gelungene Aufenthalt. Gastgeberin ist sehr nett , hilfreich ,nimmt sich viel Zeit fĂŒr die GĂ€ste , mit Erfahrung in der Hotellerie und vielsprachig. Finca Homerti ist Empfehlenswert ,gerne kommen wir wieder. Krzysztof

Super Unterkunft jedoch etwas ab vom Schuss gelegen. Unterkunft war super sauber, fĂŒr 6 Personen groß genug, außen Anlage war total schön. Alles in allem hatten wir aber ein tolle Zeit. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und am Ende unseres Urlaubs sehr nett vom Reinigungspersonal verabschiedet
