The picturesque Villa Karim is located not far from Poreč, in the village of Jehnići. The peaceful surroundings and sunny garden make this villa an ideal place to relax and unwind. Up to 8 people can stay in the villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and enjoy the 2000 m² garden and outdoor area.



The Villa Karim boasts 200 m² of comfortable living space divided between the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor has an open-plan living area comprising a dining room and a living room. Like the rest of the interior, its style is irresistibly reminiscent of Spanish haciendas. Interesting details and decorative yet functional elements such as wooden beams under high ceilings can be found in almost every corner. The stone wall and fireplace in the living room add a rustic touch, beside which you can enjoy family get-togethers or a film on a comfortable, extendable sofa. The dining area of this unit has a table that can comfortably seat 8 people for a meal and a glass of wine. Two French doors give access to the terrace and add to the liveliness of the space. A fully equipped kitchen with its own exit to the pool and adjacent terrace is located in a separate room. There is a large kitchen island which also seats 8, so all guests can enjoy breakfast with views of the pool and surrounding greenery.



There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor and 1 of which is on the first floor. Each of them has access to a terrace or a balcony. All of the bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes. They are decorated to match the rest of the rustic interior, using warm colours and wooden details. The upstairs bedroom has its own balcony with chairs and coffee table to enjoy the idyllic views, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The bathroom with shower is on the ground floor and both of the spacious bathrooms are equipped with a bidet and a hairdryer.



Villa Karim offers the guests a variety of places to unwind in its 2,000m² garden. You can't go wrong with whichever relaxation corner you choose - the lush vegetation, the garden decorations and the stone exterior of the villa mean that a beautiful view is guaranteed. After a dip in the 50m² swimming pool, you can soak up the sun on one of the 8 sun loungers with parasols that surround the pool. Nearby, in the garden, there is a stone barbecue and the main covered terrace with a large dining table is the ideal place to enjoy a meal prepared in the barbecue area. To make guests feel completely comfortable, there is a private parking area for up to 4 cars, which is fenced and located inside the property.



If you are interested in a day trip during your stay at the villa, we highly recommend a visit to Poreč, a town on the Adriatic coast with a rich cultural and historical heritage, which is only 15 minutes away by car. For guests with an adventurous spirit, the Baredine cave is located nearby. Explore this cave along a 300 m path that ends in an underground lake, and if you're lucky you might even spot an olm, a species endemic to these areas. Given the fact that Istria is renowned for its outstanding gastronomic offer, you can also head to any of the local taverns and you won't go wrong.
