Villa Collombroso dates back 400 years and it has been restored and transformed from an old farmhouse into a very comfortable holiday home, blending the traditional local style with modernity.
This wonderful traditional Umbrian villa is located near Orvieto (6 km), while the Bolsena Lake is 30 minutes drive away.
The villa is surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden, where there is a swimming pool (7x14 meters) equipped with sunbeds and a covered area with sofas and chairs.

The villa develops in three floors and is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
The entrance leads you into a sitting room with fireplace, a door takes you to the large fully equipped kitchen which opens to a sitting and dining room with fireplace,
two large window offer the view of the pool. Right out of the living/dining there is a paved terrace with a dining table ideal for alfresco meals.
Here there is a twin bedroom (convertible to double) with an en suite bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower.
First floor:
Sitting area with a double sofa bed with non-working fireplace.
Second floor/tower:
Double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower with wooden floors.
The last two bedrooms are situated in the lower ground floor and they have direct access to the garden. Both of them have double beds and en suite bathroom with shower.
The little house next to the pool features the summer kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Outside the villa features a well-maintained garden a private solar heated swimming pool (7 x 14m / 22 x 45 feet), with high quality garden furniture and sun loungers
and a large decking area next to the pool with sofa’s, table and chairs.

€ 600 that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
