Nestled within the heart of the Sandbanks Peninsula, only a short stroll from its iconic 5 km Blue Flag beach, High Tides is a special 4-bedroom holiday villa with an exclusive and chic feel, suitable for both family or friend gatherings.
Sandbanks is one of the UKâs most sought after holiday destinations. A sanctuary for families, beach go-ers, swimmers, and watersport enthusiasts â itâs renowned for its fine golden sands, crystal clear waters, amazing facilities, and upmarket bars & restaurants.
The Space:
High Tides villa is set over 3 floors with a private rear garden, and accommodates groups of up to 8 holidaymakers comfortably across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms â with an additional sofa bed for two more people, plus a travel cot for babies or infants, if required.
This wonderful home effortlessly showcases a modern elegance throughout with exceptional attention to detail and sophisticated interior design. Beautiful furniture, free-flowing light-filled layouts, warm wood tones, ultra cosy bedrooms, and trendy well-equipped living spaces await.
The main open lounge kitchen dining area, located on the upper floor, is a luminous oasis. An attractive kitchen is designed for entertaining and features all the mod cons for cooking â including an integrated oven, induction hob, and integrated microwave. Thereâs a host of cookware, glassware, crockery, and dinnerware for mealtimes. Thereâs also an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar with high stools, espresso machine, a host of small appliances, plenty of cupboard storage for convenience, all highlighted by large skylights above.
Opposite the kitchen is a stylish rectangular wooden table & chairs set that is perfect for group dining and seats 10 comfortably.
The lounge area next to the dining space is a truly relaxing space to unwind, with a large L-shape luxury sofa, comfy armchair, upholstered bench, and smart TV.
Next to the lounge and dining space are three large sliding doors opening onto a charming long balcony, running the entire width of the building, with views over Sandbanks Bay, and overlooking the garden.
Also on the top floor is a beautifully finished family bathroom with full-size bath, toilet, basin, and heated towel rail.
The first bedroom on the upper level is a bright and airy kingsize room. It comes with a beautiful parquet-finished wardrobe with matching chest, a super comfy kingsize bed, and substantial balcony. In the wardrobe is also a travel cot for infants.
Downstairs, the first of three ground-floor bedrooms is a master ensuite with a luxurious and spacious feel. It features a smart TV, a super king bed, ample storage, including a mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, and side cabinets. Thereâs also sliding doors leading to an enclosed veranda with garden views. The modern ensuite bathroom comes with a heated towel rail, storage basin, toilet, and walk-in shower with a large rainfall shower head.
The next bedroom is a gorgeous double ensuite, again with garden view. It features a double bed with large soft headboard, bedside storage, and a lovely ornate chest of drawers. The ensuite is modern and comes with a large walk-in shower unit, basin and storage cupboard, heated towel rail, and toilet.
The cosy third bedroom on this floor is ideal for children or teens, and has a single bed with a pull-out trundle second bed underneath, and storage including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and side cabinet.
Thereâs a street-facing garage also on this ground floor to park one car, and features a fussball table.
Further downstairs, the lower ground floor has direct access to a large patio and garden through the rear. It has a utility room with laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, microwave, storage cupboards, outdoor dining crockery and dinnerware, beach towels, and a neat shower room with walk-in shower (ideal access after a day at the beach!) a toilet, basin, and storage.
On the same lower ground level is a snug with modular sofabed, large smart TV, DVD player with plenty of DVDs, and fridge â which makes a perfect chillout space for teens and children. This sofa also doubles as a sofabed, offering an extra sleeping option for two people.
The garden space is ideal to unwind in and features a substantial outdoor dining table set with a parasol for 8 diners across a large patio area, and an impressive lawned garden filled with various palm trees. Thereâs also a 2-seat outdoor sofa, and a gas BBQ â convenient for long balmy summer days outside.
Thereâs parking for 2 cars at the property. Thereâs also hairdryers in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi throughout, an ironing board and iron, a hoover, and a high chair.
Please note: pets are welcome! Please add them to your booking numbers, or let us know via a quick message if you plan on bringing any furry friends along, as there is a small charge to cover additional cleaning. Only a maximum of 10 people can stay at High Tides at any time, including infants using the travel cot, or anyone using the sofabed.

The Neighbourhood:
The local neighbourhood is one of the most desirable holiday home locations in Dorset and the south coast of England. A hotspot particularly for watersports, nature enthusiasts, and beach lovers, the area is also synonymous with very high property prices and upmarket hospitality.
The 5 km stretch of sandy beach runs from Cubs Beach near to the Studland car chain ferry terminal at the end of the peninsula, through Sandbanks Beach and on to Canford Cliffs Beach towards Bournemouth, and is a paradise for swimmers, sunbathers, and dog walkers. On the opposite side to its famous sandy beach is Sandbanks Bay, within Poole Harbour, where many of the watersport facilities are based, for activities such as paddleboarding, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and jet skiing, amongst others.
Nearby, and accessible via a short ferry ride from the ferry terminal, is National Trustâs Brownsea Island, famous for its protected woodland, heathland and lagoon habitats; and wildlife, including rare red squirrels and birds. The island was the location of an experimental camp in 1907 that led to the formation of the Scout movement.
The main ferry route is via a car chain ferry connecting to Studland Bay and Isle of Purbeck region. This beautiful area features a long stretch of varied coastline, including Shell Bay Beach, Knoll Beach, Studland Beach, and South Beach; as well as quaint villages, a heritage railway, historical Corfe Castle, and Swanage Town at the very south of the peninsula.
