This gorgeous "Oceanfront Estate" is located just steps from the beach. Newly remodeled! The home is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and beautiful ocean views. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony with friends or family. This is luxury at its finest!!
The Space:
Enjoy a secluded beachfront home centrally located to everything South Ponte Vedra has to offer. This home away from home boasts 4 beautiful bedrooms with a stylish design. There is the perfect balance of comfort and style in all the spaces in this home. Your stay will be met with a the highest level of cleanliness for you to enjoy your stay in Jacksonville. Also great for events! The outdoor area includes a second-story deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

â COVID-19 SANITIZATION â
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guestsâ arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard to which we hold them to.
This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving:
â No shoes inside the home.
â No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
â No smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front
patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply.
â Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
â Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
â Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
departure.
â Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
âIf there is a W/D available then the Washer/dryer is available for 1+ week stays ONLY. Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE.
Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
â The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
â Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guestsâ
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
â Please do not rearrange the furniture.
â If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
IMMEDIATELY.
â NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We charge a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum. This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.
*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often canât so please never assume this will be allowed):

Please note that if a refund is issued for your booking, the processing fee of 3.9% will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3.9% processing fee per Stripeâs return policy. This applies to direct bookings and bookings made through VRBO. Thank you for your understanding.

â No garage access. For liability reasons, per our insurance we must keep the garage doors closed. Why you may ask? In the past year we have had garage doors ran into, hit by trucks, fall off the tracks, and even our garage door motor knocked off the ceiling by a vehicle. Each time is generally a $1500+ fix.
â You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
