Gone Coastal - located in South Ponte Beach FL is right below Jacksonville, FL. and a short drive to historic St Augustine Florida, the oldest city in the USA.



5 Bedroom Beach Front Villa with a Hot tub! You can't miss this beautiful, blue three-story home! And if you've decided to visit our shores with the intent of sampling our many world class golf courses, then Gone Coastal is the right home for you! As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by your own personal putting green located on the private fenced in and gated front lawn!



Gone Coastal is a private slice of paradise, a luxury vacation you'll never forget!



One of the many fine features of Gone Coastal is the sprawling and intricately paved patio, and of course, your private walkway to the beautiful coquina shores of South Ponte Vedra! The patio is great for entertaining, with loads of tables, chairs, Adirondacks, a fire pit, and hot tub! And since half of it is covered by the upstairs balcony, you can choose to soak up the rays or enjoy a shady breeze!



Walking into the second-floor main entrance you will be greeted by the grand spiral staircase. Directly to your right will be a conveniently located powder room. Further down the hall and to the left of the spiral staircase is the spacious open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and small sitting area complete with a decorative fireplace!



The kitchen features beautiful stainless steel appliances, and a big kitchen island with a breakfast bar. With more full length windows, you're never far from the sound of crashing waves! Both sides of the second floor have access to the main attraction, the gorgeous patio with private beach access!



To the right of the spiral staircase is the private living room, decked out in beautiful floor to ceiling windows and glass French doors overlooking the patio and ocean views. The living room is perfect for lounging, catching up with friends, and entertainment! And with a mini-fridge and wet bar, you don't have to go far for drinks!



Arriving on the third floor you'll find 3 bedrooms all boasting king-sized mattresses. The charm of these accommodations is matched only by the breathtaking views they offer. The first bedroom presents an alluring panorama of the ocean, making it a coveted choice for those who appreciate the beauty of coastal landscapes. Meanwhile, the second bedroom comes with its own allure—a private balcony that opens to stunning vistas of the GTM Research Reserve.



These bedrooms share access to a fully-equipped bathroom, complete with a shower, modern toilet, and a vanity. Indulge in comfort and style as you make memories in this carefully curated space, where every detail has been designed with your ultimate relaxation in mind.



The third floor is also home to a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, fit with lounge chairs and a small table, great for those who love full sun!



On the north side of the third story is the Master Bedroom which boasts breathtaking ocean views, a king sized bed, decorative fireplace, and full en-suite bathroom! The master bathroom includes his and hers vanity sinks, a huge tub fit for two or for one to really sprawl out in, and a massive walk-in shower!



The first floor is perfect for the younger ones in the family, especially since the first bedroom you come across includes two sets of twin size bunk beds, four beds total. Going down the hall you will see a full sized bathroom with a combination tub and shower, and lastly you will find the final bedroom which includes a queen sized mattress! The washer and dryer are also located downstairs.

**The house comes with a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pack n play, highchair, and a gate for the stairs.



Guest Access:

Our guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the owner`s closet and garage.



The Neighborhood:

This house is situated on a 17 mile stretch of A1A (South Ponte Vedra Blvd) along the ocean coast. It is just below Jacksonville, FL where you can explore Jax Beach and other spots in Jacksonville. 10 minutes south of Ponte Vedra you'll find the heart of St Augustine, the oldest city in the US where you can tour the original 400+ year old fort, take a horse and carriage tour, or check out the shops on famous St. George Street. St. Augustine offers restaurants from family style on a pier to gourmet restaurants. There's plenty of family fun sightseeing, dining, shopping and recreation!

At the same time you are about 5 minutes from the center of Ponte Vedra (an upscale area) with top golf courses (TPC at Sawgrass) and fine dining options such as Ruth`s Chris, Caps on the Water, Aunt Kates, The Reef and other fine eateries.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend having a vehicle available. Public transportation is not really an option.



Interaction with Guests:

We are always available if and when a guest needs us. We make it easy and safe, using a unique lock code with the guests chooses for the electronic door lock. We don`t require that you stop by our office or make you meet us at the home for access. We LOVE our guests and we are there IF needed, otherwise it`s your vacation and we stay out of your way.
