Charming and beautifully decorated, this cosy home offers a perfect base for exploring some of São Miguel’s top attractions.

Located in a peaceful rural village, just a scenic 5-minute drive away, you’ll find one of the island’s most stunning natural swimming pools along the North shore, ideal for both refreshing swims and quiet moments of relaxation.

Inside, the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a table top for shared meals. Step outside to a private backyard, complete with inviting seating areas to unwind and enjoy the fresh countryside air.

The kitchen is fully equipped includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, there’s also a washer and ironing equipment available.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and comes with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all essential amenities, along with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the apartment is always professionally cleaned.

São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago, is a haven of lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, and coastal charm. Often called “The Green Island,” it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. From the stunning crater lakes of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo to the geothermal wonders of Furnas, São Miguel is made for nature lovers and explorers.

The island is dotted with charming towns like Ponta Delgada, where historic streets meet modern cafés, markets, and a vibrant marina. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the scenic hiking trails, black sand beaches, hot springs, and whale-watching opportunities. With its peaceful villages, friendly locals, and breathtaking views around every corner, São Miguel is a tranquil and unforgettable escape.

The best way to get to the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada Airport is just 12 minutes away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
