Or, if you are a homebody, grab a cup of coffee/K-cup and walk out on your condo's private balcony in the early morning to catch the sun rise over the water before heading down to the main floor with your book to relax in a breezy Adirondack chair. In the afternoon, walk up the beach to spy some sea life and people activities, and circle back to take a refreshing swim in the condo pool, where you can catch some rays while lounging on a chaise.
