This holiday home is located in Gerakini, Halkidiki and offers you a quiet and comfortable stay, literally one step from the sea. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining room and a living room. Outside there is a private green garden which leads directly to the sandy beach. It is fully equipped and renovated. Ideal for families and groups of friends.
The space
The house is 50 sq.m., with 20 sq.m. terrace overlooking the sea and 200 sq.m. garden leading directly to the beach. Bedrooms #1 & #2 have a double bed (150x200cm) with a 24cm thick mattress. Each room has its own wardrobe. In the living room, a corner sofa-bed allows for one more guest to sleep. It is possible to install a playpen and a dining chair upon request and at no extra charge.
The living room has a corner sofa, a Smart TV 4K 3D 40'' and an armchair with footstool. Free Wi-Fi is provided during your stay. The house is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker and other small appliances that can be used in cooking. We have all the necessary amenities: towels, hair dryer, clothes iron, shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, hand cream soap and cotton swabs. Outside, on the terrace there is a dining table for six people, a BBQ as well as a green garden with an outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrella, swings and even a table for six people to enjoy your meal or coffee in front of the sea. Finally, on the sandy beach there is a tropical umbrella with the possibility to transfer the sunbeds from the garden.

Gerakini is a seaside settlement located between Kassandra and Sithonia very close to the capital of the prefecture, Polygyros, and has an amazing view of the Toroneos gulf. The ideal location of Gerakini lies in the fact that it is 50 minutes from the ends of the two legs of Halkidiki as well as from the airport of Thessaloniki. These are some indicative distances: 75 km from Thessaloniki, 65 km from Macedonia Airport, 14 km from Nea Moudania, 20 km from Nikiti, 35 km from Vourvourou, 45 km from Neo Marmara, 40 km from Kallithea , 60 km from Pefkohori.
