Located in Polpenazze del Garda, within an elegant residence with large green areas and a spacious swimming pool, surrounded by the hills of Valtenesi, fully equipped terraced villa for six people.



The villa, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout the entire property, is arranged over three floors and offers access to a large garden as well as a first-floor balcony with lake view.

Internally, it is composed as follows: entrance hall, spacious living area with a double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, kettle, citrus juicer, toaster, and coffee machine.

The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, and washbasin.



On the upper floor there is the master bedroom furnished with a double bed and access to a private balcony with table and chairs, offering a beautiful view of the lake and the pool. The second bedroom features two single beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, and WC.



In the basement, there is a large open-space area that can be used as a tavern, also equipped with a washing machine and providing access to the private garage where guests can park one car.



The shared swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.

Guests may request a baby cot and high chair for a small additional fee.

Pets are not allowed.



Self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be sent to access the property independently.

Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, guests may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.



The Municipality of Polpenazze del Garda is best known for the production of Valtenesi wine and Garda olive oil; for this reason, the traditional Wine Fair is regularly held here. The origins of the village date back to the Bronze Age, and visitors can still discover traces of this past through the Castle of Polpenazze and the Baroque Church of Santa Maria, which offers one of the most breathtaking views of Lake Garda. Nature lovers can enjoy numerous hiking and cycling routes, as well as relaxing walks along the lake.
