Holiday house between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa for 12 persons:
Between Pollença and Port de Pollençalies Can Teulada, a charming rustic finca surrounded by spacious gardens with lawns and native Mediterranean trees such as carob trees, palm trees and centuries-old olive trees. Located in a peaceful and private setting, the property combines traditional Mallorcan character with modern comfort, just a short distance from the sea.

The house is distributed over two floors plus a basement with an independent apartment, making it ideal for large families or groups looking for space and privacy.

On the main floor there is a spacious and comfortable living room with direct access to the porch, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings outdoors. The fully equipped rustic-style kitchen includes a dining area open to the living room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This floor also offers a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor you will find the master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, offering beautiful views of the pool and the surrounding countryside. There are also two additional bedrooms with single beds and a full bathroom.

The basement features an independent apartment with a living-dining area with two additional sofa beds, an open kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds, ideal for guests who prefer extra independence.

The decoration combines rustic and colonial elements, creating a cosy and elegant atmosphere throughout the house.

The outdoor areas, carefully maintained, invite you to fully enjoy Mediterranean living. The spacious porch with a large dining table is perfect for family gatherings, while the uniquely designed swimming pool, built with natural rocks and small waterfalls, creates the feeling of being in a peaceful oasis.

The location of the finca is exceptional, in one of the most beautiful areas in the north of Mallorca. Within less than 15 minutes by car you can reach the charming historic town of Pollença with its picturesque streets, the famous Calvari steps and its lively weekly market. The elegant seafront promenade and sandy beaches of Port de Pollençaare also nearby, offering excellent restaurants, water sports and spectacular sunsets.

From here you can easily explore some of Mallorca’s most impressive landscapes, such as Cala Sant Vicenç, the spectacular peninsula of Cap de Formentorwith the iconic Formentor Lighthouse, the historic town of Alcúdia and its beautiful bay, or venture into the breathtaking Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can visit highlights such as the Lluc Monastery or the spectacular cove of Sa Calobra.

From November to April, the house is only rented for 8 guests (4 bedrooms).
