This flat is located on the first floor by stairs, in a central and quiet area.



It consists of a spacious living room with a large dining table and large windows with lateral sea view.



There are 3 bedrooms with built-in closets and two full bathrooms.  One of them has a single bed, the other two have two single beds.



There is a fully equipped kitchen a sunny small balcony and a laundry room outside. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.





Important notes



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula.
