Villa Roig Petit is a lovely villa, beautifully cared for and well kept. Manicured gardens, with a large covered terrace are the perfect outdoor setting. Situated just a short drive from the resorts of Puerto Pollensa, Pollenca and Alcudia.



The Space:

Close to Puerto Pollenca, you will find numerous pavement cafes along the popular Pine Walk, as well as a lovely sandy beach and a stylish marina, all near Alcudia.



Villa Roig Petit features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that leads directly to a spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The gardens are beautifully maintained, with lush green lawns that are perfect for children to play. You will also find straw parasols and mature greenery throughout the area.



Inside the villa, there is one double bedroom with a large 2-meter bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a bath with an overhead shower. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom and a family shower room. The villa is furnished in a traditional Mallorcan style, complemented by modern amenities such as air conditioning, satellite TV, and a DVD player, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.



Ample parking is available on the property. We also offer a 24-hour emergency service, and all our staff are fluent in English and Spanish.



Refundable Security deposit of £500 due with the balance, fully refundable subject to no damages.



Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
