Arranged over two levels, the upper floor houses an entrance hall, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with integrated appliances and a central island with breakfast bar. The open-plan living and dining room is generously proportioned, with a dining table, comfortable sofa seating, a fireplace for cooler evenings, and a TV for relaxed nights in. Large sliding doors open from here onto a spacious covered terrace, finished with authentic wood beams, also accessible from the kitchen and perfect for outdoor dining while taking in the views over Pollensa Bay. The master bedroom completes this level, with its own en suite bathroom and a private balcony, an ideal spot for a morning coffee.



Downstairs, a second lounge-diner and fitted kitchen serve the pool area, alongside a utility room for practical convenience. This floor is home to three further double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite, along with a second guest WC easily accessible from the pool and terraces.
