Welcome to this beautiful country house with private pool in Pollença which sleeps 8 people.
This magnificent villa offers a very extensive exterior with a very well maintained garden with mountain views, ideal to enjoy the evenings with your companions. In the garden is the private chlorine pool which measures 12m long x 5m wide and its depth ranges from 1.50m to 2.00m. Next to the pool is the jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun. For sunbathing, the garden has 4 sunbeds and 2 sun loungers. Near the pool you will find a fully furnished porch with tables and chairs and a barbecue, perfect for preparing a delicious meal after a swim in the pool. Before entering the house, you will find a second porch, also furnished for outdoor dining. There is a ping-pong table to spend the afternoons playing outdoors.
The interior of the house, distributed over 3 floors, is designed for maximum comfort. The living room has two sofas next to the Smart TV, and A/C to make evenings watching movies more refreshing. It also has a dining area where you can enjoy, with all the guests, the meals prepared in the induction cooker fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. When it comes to sleeping you will find 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one of them with a double bed with wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The two bedrooms on this floor have two single beds and wardrobe, and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. To complete this floor, there is another bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs, you will find the last bedroom. This room stands out for having a dressing room and an exit to a small terrace with two hammocks ideal for sunbathing. It also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Three of the bedrooms have A/C. For more comfort, you can make use of the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board available in the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.
This superb accommodation is located very close to Pollença, a charming town at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range known for its rich history, stunning natural beauty and vibrant atmosphere. One of the main attractions of Pollença is its historic centre. With its narrow cobbled streets, picturesque squares and beautiful buildings, it is a perfect place to stroll and explore. Here you will also find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can sample the local gastronomy. If you fancy a day in the sun and sea, the beach of Puerto de Pollença, with its fine sand and crystal clear waters, is an idyllic place to enjoy a wide range of water sports or simply relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.
The house has a wine cellar with a variety of wines which can be purchased at an additional cost. You will have more information from the owner on the day of arrival.
