The ground floor features an openâplan layout with fully equipped modern kitchen, a bright, comfortable living space with Smart TV, air conditioning, one twin bedroom and separate shower room, all overlooking the private pool and beautifully maintained garden.
Upstairs another twin bedroom, double bedroom and additional shower room means the bedroom distribution is ideal for a family or two couples travelling together.
The entire home is tastefully decorated in soft pastel tones blending with a light airy vibe, complemented by contemporary touches whilst air conditioning throughout provides respite during those particularly warm spells.
Outside, the covered terrace offers a perfect setting for alfresco lunches and evening gatherings, whilst a grassy area makes good for fun family games along with the refreshing swimming pool handy for cooling off after an energetic session of frisbee.
