Cette immense maison est située sur un terrain de 1200m2 et se compose de rez de chaussée et l'étage supérieur. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a la cuisine et la salle à manger, qui est relié à un spectaculaire jardin avec piscine privée. Notre villa Cuatre cantons est situé dans le coeur de Pollença, à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique de la ville. Sa situation privilégiée, à cÎté de la place principale de la ville, est à proximité des points chauds de Pollensa. The Mansion, il y a des siÚcles construits, conserve la splendeur d'un autre ùge et est une ode à l'histoire locale de la ville et de Majorque, qui vous ramÚne dans le temps pendant que vous reposer dans une oasis de paix. Est l'endroit idéal pour passer un séjour de détente avec tous les services et les installations prÚs de chez vous de jouir, ainsi que d'une offre gastronomique et culturelle large sans utiliser la voiture.
L'Ă©lĂ©gante villa se souvient d'un palais de la Renaissance italienne et se prĂ©sente comme un morceau de l'histoire locale. La maison se compose de rez de chaussĂ©e et l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vous trouverez une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, salle Ă  manger et le jardin spectaculaire avec piscine privĂ©e. À cĂŽtĂ© de la piscine, il y a une salle de bains. Le privilĂšge d'avoir une deuxiĂšme cuisine sĂ©parĂ©e de la maison principale est idĂ©al pour passer des journĂ©es d'Ă©tĂ© de la piscine.
Les chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur de la maison sont rĂ©partis dans trois ailes indĂ©pendantes. Il y a quelques salles de confĂ©rence avec un dĂ©cor classique et Ă©lĂ©gant. Toutes les chambres ont des fenĂȘtres et des lits confortables. Trois chambres ont des lits doubles (180 x 200), deux chambres ont des lits jumeaux (90 x 200), il y a trois salles de bains.

Perfect location for a great family holiday

We had a lovely holiday in Pollenca and this house is in a brilliant location only a few minutes walk from the main square and lots of lovely restaurants. It is a very large house and we had plenty of space for an extended family of nine. All the rooms were very clean and plenty of nice towels are provided. The beds are very comfortable although it was very hot when we stayed and better fans would have been appreciated for a better night's sleep. The pool and surrounding area is amazing and the well tended garden has many beautiful trees and flowers. There are plenty of sun loungers and a good mix of sun and shade to relax in. The children had hours of fun in the large swimming pool and there is a convenient, modern, shower and toilet room by the pool. We felt that the bathrooms and the kitchen in the main house could do with modernising and the kitchen pots, pans and utensils could be of better quality considering the price. Overall we had a lovely holiday and the property agent is very helpful and communication with them couldn't have been better.

Wonderful hidden villa three minutes from central square

This villa is excellent in almost every respect. The rooms are big and spacious. The set-up is there are three separate "wings" - each of the three with a full en-suite bathroom. One wing is the best bedroom with a balcony over-looking garden/pool and king-size bed. The other two wings have two bedrooms each, one double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have separate entrance). The two best features of the property are (1) it is 2 minutes walk from the main square in Pollenca and also the bottom of the famous steps, and (2) the pool is delightful with a shaded area near it to sit and eat, and an excellent outdoor kitchen and shower. Lots of hotel-quality towels (pool and regular) are provided. Two minor complaints: (1) the bathrooms inside the property are dated (the shower by the pool is by far the best) and (2) I was asked by the owners to go to a building in a different town to pay the tourist tax in cash. I knew I would have to pay this amount in person, but they should offer to come and collect at check-in or check-out rather than instructing me to attend a hotel in a different town.

Great Location

This was the second time we stayed at the Majorcan Mansion it's a delightful older home. The beds are very comfortable and the house is spacious. We really liked the private inner court yard with citrus trees. The manager responded quickly by email to our inquiries. We were a party of six adults and are all excited to return next year. Thank you Alex!

Building noise all around

The villa was gorgeous. Massive with great pool perfect we thought. That is until 8 am the first morning being woken up by deafening sound of drilling and building work next door. This carried on until 6pm every day. It was not only right next door it was all around us. We complained that we should have been notified. Eventually with a lot of effort we got a partial refund. It did ruin our holiday though and you can never get that time back.

A wonderful property !

We enjoyed our stay very much. Alex was very available for our question and concerns. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The house was clean and welcoming Pollenca is a good location for home base. We plan to come back next year.

Fantastic location and lovely villa

This was our first booking with H&A so were very nervous when the taxi dropped us in a small street outside a very old garage door. Walking into the garage made us feel even more concerned but when we opened the door to the "hidden house" it was excellent. A great surprise. The villa is huge, full of old Spanish character particularly in the many communal rooms. The bedrooms are modern and the double bedroom looking over the garden has a lovely balcony. The swimming pool and outhouses are fantastic, great and well maintained pool (big enough to swim and to play), the outhouses are a huge bonus with toilets, dining tables, showers and fridge. Location is sensational, a 3 minute walk to the main square with many restaurants and bars. The only area of improvement is the bathrooms, they are all a little dated and could do with modernization, we ended up using the shower by the pool as it was the best. All in all, a great stay and would gladly come again, the photo's on here by the owner do not do it justice.

Brilliant Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Villa. When we first arrived I could not believe that a Villa of this size could be behind what was a garage door, but when we stepped inside it lived up to all our expectations. The property was clean and had everything you could ask for. The location was excellent just around the corner from the main square with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Will hopefully return soon

Das Haus ist wirklich beeindruckend. Von außen unscheinbar nur durch die Garage kommt man in einen Flur und die großzĂŒgige KĂŒche. Wir waren zu fĂŒnf Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern und hatten jede Menge Platz. Besonders der Jahreszeit entsprechend konnte man in nur ein paar Metern die Innenstadt von Pollenca erreichen. Beautiful

A beautiful property in a perfect location. Perfect pool and poolside facilities. Suggestions and feedback: A welcome book containing information about the house I. E bin collections, restaurant recommendations, general house management. Must have more than one key!! When the cleaners are coming? Basic necessities: salt,pepper, washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, bin bags, dishwasher tabs. A waste bin in both kitchens. More towels Hairdryers Some to phone or check that everything is OK. Small things that make a big difference, Otherwise, a lovely holiday.

A more than perfect property in Pollenca - an online story

We ordered the taxi in advance to take us from airport to villa so after we had landed and cleared customs we were whisked away for the hour long journey to the peach-coloured old town of Pollenca. We stopped outside a large, old wooden door and wondered how the villa from the photos was going to fit behind it. But, of course, it did. We stepped into an ever-growing space of old charm with modern touches.There were rooms and cosy areas both inside and out. The garden was the highlight since the purpose of our visit was to relax and tan. A large pool was edged with sun loungers and behind it was a further bathroom, dining areas and kitchen. Perfect for our long, lazy lunches and a BBQ in the evenings. Round the corner and up the road was the centre of the old town so shopping and restaurants were just a five minute stroll away. And if we needed a taxi there was a rank nearby. From start to finish everyone has been so helpful and friendly. We will be coming back.
