It is located not far from historic old town of Pollensa ideally located, with  easy access down to the Sea/Bay of Pollensa.Private drive leads you  to the villa. Over the front door is a covered pergola terrace. Front door opens into an open-plan entry, lounge/dining and Kitchen.
Leading off the entry and kitchen is a door on the right that leads out to a small covered terrace with direct access to pool.
The general decor of this Villa in Pollensa is modern contemporary with a "Mediterranean" theme of bright summer colours throughout.The lounge offers stylish ambience with its bright coloured sofas.
