This beautiful second floor apartment is in the Pollentia Mar block, just two minutesÂŽ from the sea in Puerto Pollensa
There is a charming terrace with a table and chairs for two, which overlooks the communal pool, and characterful apartments. There is even a cheeky view of the sea!
Step inside and the apartment is light, airy and in pristine condition. The kitchen is fully equipped and the well-designed sitting room/dining area is open plan. The sofa is a comfortable place to chill out and enjoy a film on the Smart TV after a busy day at the beach or by the pool.
There are two bedrooms. The delightful double bedroom has two wardrobes, a real plus if your partner is less tidy than you! It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower.
Bedroom number two is versatile, with a single bed and a second pull-out single. There is also enough space for a travel cot, so it could be used for an adult, a child, a baby, or perhaps as a quiet space to read or work. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Pollentia Mar is a very clean and secure apartment block - it has a locked central entrance as well as a second locked entrance to each block. There are lifts as well as stairs to the second floor.
The communal area is extremely well maintained, with a lovely pool and outdoor shower. There are 40 apartments in total so it is large enough to meet new people, whilst being a peaceful place for you to enjoy your holiday.
Please note there are no permanent sun loungers by the pool. There are deck chairs in the apartment for your use.
Pollentia Mar is a stoneÂŽs throw from excellent restaurants and bars, and street parking is available, although a car is not essential.
This is the perfect choice for a couple travelling, or a small family.
