Villa Hort is adjacent to our Villa Cristal both nestled along the ternells valley road, is a splendid 100 year old farmhouse, set within easy reach of the amenities of the old town of Pollensa approx 1.3km to outskirts of town.It has been lovingly and carefully restored, ensuring it retains the many original features and characteristics. Iron gates slide open into a sloping drive down to the villa.A large covered terrace with its enormous wooden dining table greets you. Double front doors open up into what was the original âentrance hallâ now a lounge room with its beamed ceilings and feature freestanding grandfather clock, and comfy sofas.To the right of the lounge a glass double door opens into a second âsnugâ lounge room, ideal spot for quite reading.
Leading directly off the âsnugâ lounge is the fully fitted kitchen which combines traditional wooden furniture and modern appliances. There is a door that leads directly out of the kitchen onto the covered terrace, BBQ and pool. A doorway leads from kitchen to the dining room with its feature stone wall at one end and sitting bench the other, there is two door access to the dining room as it can also be entered from the main lounge.A step up from the lounge takes you to a complete bathroom with shower over the bath decorated in delightful grey and light blue tiles and its feature beamed ceiling.Stairs lead directly up from the lounge to landing and bedrooms.Â
At the top of the stairs step up on the left leads into a fabulous salmon pink tiled bathroom with its semi-circular bath with feature sloping beams. This bathroom has a two way door allowing access from the main landing area and bedroom zone also.Â
A step up on your right is a twin bedroom with its stylish blue and white headboard and fitted wardrobes and sloping beams.Further step up to the front of the stairs leads onto the main landing area and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes with a feature high skylight window.
To the left is a double bedroom with feature wooden headboard and fitted wardrobes.
To the end of the landing is a twin bedroom with its feature pink and white headboard and freestanding wardrobe. French doors open out onto a balcony rail with views, directly onto the pool, gardens and mountain views beyond.The stunning pool with view to backdrop of mountains behind, is at the front of the Villa with its Jacuzzi and roman steps at one end. It is accessed by two steps and a ramp onto sun terraces surrounding two sides of the pool with lawns on three sides.
Adjacent to the Pool is the fabulous purposely built in covered BBQ with its two wash bowls.
Next to this is an exterior WC-shower room in nice beige tiles, a separate utility room with washing machine, together with a large covered entertaining area with table tennis all overlooking the pool and gardens.
