The bright, open-plan ground floor flows seamlessly onto terraces with panoramic mountain views and beautifully landscaped gardens — ideal for family breakfasts or al fresco dinners. Two double bedrooms are on the ground floor ( one with en Suite shower bathroom and access to the gardens ), while the first floor houses two additional bedroom- Suites, including private terraces overlooking the stunning gardens.



Families will love the basement games room, stocked with toys and games for children of all ages, alongside a private gym (stepper, treadmill, weights, bench, yoga mats, yoga ball) and shower room. Every corner of the villa has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and fun.





Gardens & Pool



Step outside into extensive, beautifully landscaped gardens, one of the villa’s standout features. Lush lawns provide a safe and spacious area for children to play, surrounded by olive trees, lavender, and flowering plants.



The private infinity pool (5 x 12 m, 1.2–1.7 m deep) is unusually large and refreshing, perfect for hot summer days. It can be heated on request for an additional fee and fenced for child safety if required. Outdoor living is enhanced with sun loungers, covered terraces, and a wood or carbon barbecue, creating the perfect setting for relaxation, dining, and entertainment.

- A fresh water dispenser with cold and hot drinkable water is located in the property with one 20 liter bottle included for the guests arrival. Extra bottles can be ordered for 25 Euros giving 1-2 day notice during the week ( no weekend delivery ), payable to the maintenance team.

- Towels provided (1 shower towel, 1 small towel, 1 pool towel), with mid-week towel change and quick clean either on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Extra cleaning can be arranged giving sufficient notice per hourly rate of 24 Euros plus Vat per hour.

- Laundry area with washing machine and dryer for longer stays

- End-of-stay cleaning included (guests to take care of rubbish to recycling points in Pollensa)

- The gardeners and maintenance team will access the property when needed to supervise installations, check pool water quality, clean the pool and terraces, and water plans 2-3 times a week. If clients book for a longer stay than 1 week, the full garden maintenance incl garden cutting will either happen on the Friday or Saturday in the morning times.

- Barbecues need to be left in a clean status before leaving the property.
