A small lawn sits to one side of the pool, while the poolside barbecue and shaded al fresco dining area are perfectly positioned for long, leisurely afternoons spent soaking up the tranquil surroundings.

Inside, the villa reflects the character of a traditional Pollenca home. The open plan living and dining area flow into a well-equipped kitchen, connected by an attractive archway with a small breakfast bar. A pantry and direct access to the outdoor terrace add to the villa’s practicality. In the living space, a stone fireplace (ornamental only) creates an inviting focal point, complemented by comfortable furnishings and thoughtfully placed windows that flood the interiors with natural light.
