Casa Campo Ramon is a traditional Mallorcan house set within an expansive 67,737 mÂČ plot in the picturesque Colonya Valley, surrounded by mountain scenery and centuries-old olive groves. Located just a short drive from Pollensa along a scenic road lined with farms and historic manor homes, it offers a peaceful retreat that blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Inside, the warmly lit dining room with stone walls forms the heart of the home, connecting to a newly renovated kitchen that retains its character with a feature fireplace while providing all essential contemporary amenities.
The ground floor includes a cosy leisure room with a large sofa and a 65-inch smart TV offering access to Amazon, Netflix and more, creating an inviting space to unwind. A double bedroom with a nearby bathroom is also located on this level, complemented by a recently added fifth bathroom to ensure convenience for larger groups. The property is located close to Pollensa in the peaceful countryside and just a short drive from the town of Pollensa. Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Mallorcaâs finest beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church.
Wander the streets that lead to the famous church and discover traditional outlets selling a range of local food and arts. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that to get to the top, you must climb 365 steps; however, it is worth it once you are at the top.
The neighbouring port, Puerto de Pollença, lies to the north and has one of the areaâs best beaches, with numerous bars and restaurants to explore in the vicinity. Puerto de Pollença also offers water-sports, a water park for children, and a golf course can also be found just outside the town.
Also to the north of Pollença is Cala Sant Vicenc, one of Mallorcaâs smaller resorts, and home to three beaches: Cala Molins, Cala Barques and Cala Clara. The landscape is dramatic and hilly, with rugged cliffs and rocks, and its popularity with visitors has seen it develop some excellent restaurants, tapas bars and useful amenities.
Further down the coast, AlcĂșdia has a large marina, serving as a boarding point for boat trips to Menorca and the Spanish mainland. The town is considered one of the most attractive in the area, so donât miss out on seeing its historic centre, visiting the open-air market or seeing Spainâs smallest Roman amphitheatre.
