Located just a short drive from Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and the sandy coves of Cala Sant Vicenç, the property provides an excellent base for families and friends looking to experience the best of Mallorca's countryside and coastline.



Built in traditional Mallorcan stone, the villa combines authentic character with modern comforts. Impressive wooden entrance doors open into a spacious entrance hall with double-height ceilings, natural stone features and beautiful local wood finishes, creating an immediate sense of space and warmth.



The heart of the home is the bright open-plan living and dining area, complemented by a stylish fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor. These include additional king-size bedrooms, one of which can be arranged as twin beds upon request, together with further bathroom facilities.



Outside, Can Pelut has been designed to make the most of Mallorca's outdoor lifestyle. Several open and covered terraces provide ideal spaces for dining, relaxing and enjoying the surrounding scenery. A charming pergola offers welcome shade during the warmer months and enjoys lovely views across the gardens and countryside.
