Cet appartement récent, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à cinq personnes, se situe au premier étage d’un immeuble avec ascenseur, sur la promenade en bord de mer de Puerto de Pollença. Il offre une vue panoramique sur la baie, le quai et la zone de La Fortaleza. La plage se trouve juste en face, de l’autre côté de la promenade, à quelques mètres à pied.

L’appartement a été conçu pour offrir confort et fonctionnalité. Il comprend un salon-salle à manger ouvert qui s’ouvre sur une grande terrasse meublée, idéale pour dîner en plein air tout en profitant de la vue. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour un usage quotidien.

La distribution comprend trois chambres : une avec un lit double, une autre avec deux lits simples pouvant être rapprochés, et une troisième avec un lit simple. Il y a deux salles de bains complètes : une avec douche et l’autre, en suite dans la chambre principale, avec baignoire et douche.

L’appartement bénéficie de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et le salon, ainsi que du Wi-Fi gratuit.

Il n’y a pas de parking privé. Le stationnement est interdit sur la promenade en bord de mer, mais il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans les rues voisines, et des parkings publics gratuits ou payants sont également disponibles à proximité.

Utilisation des vélos : il est interdit de ranger des vélos à l’intérieur de l’appartement ou dans les parties communes de l’immeuble, telles que couloirs, entrées, terrasses partagées ou cours.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! Literally on the beach - utterly perfect for a family (we have a 4 and 20 month old) as the flat is long so no noise in the bedrooms. Great communication from Josep at all times.We didn’t want to leave and will be back - we were at the playground every morning at 8am and loved the location!

Fantastic location, steps to the beach, restaurants, boat rentals and shops. 10 min walk to tennis courts. If you want to bike to the lighthouse, make sure it’s an E bike! Well worth it!!!!! La Para restaurant a must!!!

Apartment was as per the photos, it was clean, well presented and had good air conditioning. It had good quality furnishings & linen. Fantastic balcony with great views. Although a front line apartment we experienced no unwelcome noise. All communication with SunVillas was good. Only thing to note is the apartment does not have any toiletries or a bottle of water provided, we arrived very late & struggled to find anywhere to buy water. We really enjoyed our stay would definitely book again.

My husband, 2-year-old daughter and I had a great week in this apartment. The view of the beach is the real star of the show and we enjoyed lunches and sunbathing on the spacious terrace. The whole apartment felt spacious for us and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was so easy to walk to the beach, playground, shops and restaurants and the lift was useful as we had a pram. Josep was a great host. So quick to respond to any queries! Some small things - it would have been nice to have loo roll provided for the whole stay and to have body wash, shampoo and washing up liquid, but we were able to buy these easily. Also, the child’s bedroom could do with a curtain at the window. Overall a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment!

Great location but marred by silly faults

Great location and great accommodation beach just across the road. But this property is expensive and the stay was marred by some silly faults that could be easily fixed ie no instruction booklets for anything even if in spanish we all have google translate I had to find the electrical cupboard to correct a jumper on the air condition that had tripped. The sink plug in the bathroom did not work so you could not fill the sink. Despite a picture showing some reclining chairs on the website there was nothing there so we could not relax on the terrace. There was also no parasol so no shade during a hot day unless you crept into the sace shaded by the tree. We also had problems opening the patio door which was fixed I think. The other patio door could not be used because the external blinds were broken and they blocked that exit Great place to stay but for the price these faults should be corrected. Gary

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super auf einem hohen Niveau. Auch mit mehreren Gästen kann man sich zurückziehen und auch mit Kindern, muss man hier keine Abstriche im Urlaub machen. Die Lage ist super im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich direkt am Strand. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with excellent amenities, right in the heart of Port de Pollensa and practically on the beach! The road in front is very quiet and closed to cars for much of the day (just watch out for cyclists!). Make sure you don't bring sand into the communal areas or lift - the building is shared with full-time residents who will notice and complain of you do! The air conditioning in the apartment is very good and was most welcome during the week in June when we stayed. Us two adults and a three year old had a fantastic stay here and would thoroughly recommend it!
