Located in Latchi, Villa Seascape is just 50 meters from the beach and a short 10-minute walk to Latchi Harbour. There is a dedicated pathway opposite Villa Seascape leading you straight to the sea. All amenities including Latchi Harbour, Yoitis Supermarket, Latchi Beach, restaurants, cafes & gelato all are within walking distance; it's the perfect villa to enjoy your luxury holiday by the sea without the need for a hire car.

Villa Seascape is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors with a light, modern, and unique layout.

The living room extends to the outdoor terrace where you will find comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs, along with the outdoor dining area and exceptional views of the sea. There's an abundance of outdoor space to relax by the swimming pool or basque in the stunning views from the shaded terrace. Complete with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou' BBQ and a fantastic games room; boasting a pool table and foosball table.

Living Area

The modern living/dining room is the perfect place to retreat from the warm Cyprus sun, relax, and listen to the waves. There is a dining table for up to 6 guests & a comfortable sofa & armchair.

With plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts, there is a flat-screen TV, UK IPTV with both English & International channels, video club, sky sports & movies.

The living space extends to the shaded outdoor terrace through large patio doors with stunning views of the Beach.

Dedicated WIFI Internet is included.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave. kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area

The private swimming pool includes large walk-in steps for easy entry and exit and is surrounded by artificial lawns, plants, and trees. The swimming pool boasts a swim jet, to swim in place for those that enjoy some exercise.

There is an abundance of outdoor space with 6-sunloungers, 1 large fixed parasol, and an additional parasol that can be moved. The shaded terrace has a comfy sofa set and outdoor dining area with seating for 6-people; perfect for al-fresco dining or relaxing to the sounds of the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou' BBQ perfect for Souvla and Souvlaki.

Games Room

On the lower floor, there is a dedicated games room offering a pool table, football table, and darts; perfect for families with children, or those who wish to have an evening of fun.

In the games room, there is also an additional serving area and fridge.
