The private entrance to The Summer House is accessed through a courtyard leading to the rear garden which is furnished with a four-seater table to relax in the warm sunny evenings and for outside dining. The garden has views of the courtyard and is set in a quiet residentail setting of orange and lemon trees. . The communal swimming pool is about 50 metres away across the lawned gardens with seating areas under the shade of orange trees. Paphos Airport is only 35km away, less than one hour by car and free parking is available outside the property
The front and rear entrances both lead to an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a dining table. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and blender. In the living room area there is a sofa and a large flat-screen Smart TV with international channels and Netflix. Wi Fi is available throughout the house and is free, about 20Mbps.

Double sliding doors at the front of the property lead to a patio where guests can relax in the private front garden overlooking the quiet residential street.
A staircase leads to the first floor with a bathroom and bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sliding doors in the bedroom lead to a balcony overlooking the front private garden. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and fly screens.
A short walk of about 12-minutes takes you to the beach and the first of many bars and restaurants leading to Latchi Marina. The nearest mini market is only 500 metres away and the bars, kiosks, restaurants and shops in Prodromi are only a ten-minute walk away. The town of Polis Chrysochous can be reached via a footpath through Prodromi and takes about 25 minutes to walk. If preferred a local bus service provides transport to all towns and villages and car or bike hire is available nearby or can be arranged prior to your arrival.
