INTERIORS

The masseria unfolds across three levels.
On the lower floor, aligned with the garden and pool area, a bright and expansive living space opens up, featuring a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with island. This level also includes a large hallway and a guest bathroom, for a total of approximately 100 sqm. It can be accessed directly from the pool and parking area, or via a narrow internal iron staircase from the ground floor sleeping area.

On the ground floor, at the level of the main entrance, there are four spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of these is a suite with its own private living area and sofa bed. Each room opens through French doors onto the outdoor space, gently leading into the garden and pool area. This floor is completed by an additional guest bathroom and internal stairs connecting all levels.

A striking stone staircase leads to the first floor, where a further bedroom awaits—complete with en-suite bathroom, a stunning stone bathtub, panoramic windows, and direct access to a private terrace overlooking the entire estate. From here, stepping onto a second terrace, you reach another more intimate double bedroom, framed by stone walls and a window that captures the quiet beauty of the surrounding countryside.

The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in every room, TV, washing machine, and alarm system.
