Nautilus is designed with families and pets in mind. The local park features great walking tracks and is just a short stroll from the home. If you’re up for a bike ride, hop on the nearby bike track and venture into Queenscliff, Drysdale, or even Geelong for a day of exploration.

Nautilus shines with its fresh, stylish furnishings and top-notch amenities. The front living area offers panoramic views of the waterways, making it the perfect spot to relax with a movie or a good book while enjoying a glass of something special. Central heating and evaporative cooling ensure comfort year-round.

Cook up a storm in the light and bright kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, coffee machine, and a convenient butler’s pantry. Gather around the large dining table, which comfortably seats eight, and admire the striking wall map of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.

The back open-plan living area is a dream come true. Large glass sliding doors open onto the alfresco BBQ area, where you can enjoy outdoor dining and sun lounging on a beautifully paved space. The grassed yard is ideal for kids and pets to play.

Nautilus offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The main suite features a king bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Two additional queen bedrooms share a main bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, and vanity. There’s also a handy study nook with a desk, printer, and lamp for any work you might need to catch up on.

With a double lock-up garage and a location that offers peace and tranquility while still being close to the beach and local amenities, Nautilus is the perfect escape. Enjoy summer movie nights in the park and yoga sessions, or simply revel in the serene surroundings.

Nautilus welcomes dogs (sorry, cats aren’t permitted) and offers a secure space for them to enjoy. While we ask that dogs stay outside, please contact our office if you have an indoor dog—we’re happy to discuss additional arrangements.

CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. However, CATS are not permitted in this estate so I’m afraid you won’t be able to bring your cat/kitten.
