Summary:

Just a stone’s throw from the beach, this spacious holiday home sleeps up to 11 guests and offers everything you need for a classic Kiwi coastal escape. Enjoy ocean views, a sunny garden, and easy indoor-outdoor living.



The main house accommodates 7 guests and features a welcoming kitchen, lounge, and dining area with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a heat pump for year-round comfort. The master bedroom includes its own seperate toilet, and there’s a shared bathroom with a shower.



A separate sleepout sleeps 4 more guests with two sets of bunk beds and is also equipped with a heat pump.



The garage is stocked with bikes and water toys for guests to enjoy at their own risk – perfect for making the most of your time by the sea.



Hotel-quality linen is provided for all guests, along with a few essentials to get you started – including milk, tea, coffee, and other basics.



The Space:

As you arrive, a few steps lead you up to the entrance of this welcoming beachside home. Step inside to find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Continue through to the dining area and the cosy lounge, where you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating to relax after a day at the beach. A fireplace sits between the dining and lounge areas, providing warmth and ambience on cooler evenings, while a heat pump keeps the space comfortable year-round.



The master bedroom features a Queen bed and a private toilet. Bedroom two also has a queen bed, and bedroom three is ideal for families or friends with a queen and a king single bed. Both of these bedrooms include their own vanity units for added convenience. A shared bathroom with a shower is available for guests staying in these rooms.



Step outside onto the large deck to enjoy ocean views and relax in the garden area – perfect for outdoor dining or soaking up the sun.



The separate sleepout is ideal for kids or extra guests, with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and its own heat pump to keep things comfortable.



The garage is stocked with bikes and water toys that guests are welcome to use at their own risk – making beach adventures easy and fun for all ages.
