Villa Big Blue is located in the upper part of Podstrana village with other villas that will set you in a relaxed Dalmatian mindset hearing nothing but crickets, surrounded by shades of green and blue. It is located on a private 600sqm plot consisting of 200sqm of useful space spread over two floors. It is situated only 8km from the famous town Split with many historical attractions very much worth visiting, only 1.3 km from crystal clear pebble beach in Podstrana, minimarket at 650m distance, 1,5km from restaurants. If you prefer to enjoy your privacy at the property, you have the opportunity to arrange additional services like a private chef, a masseuse, and grocery delivery to the property (not included, all can be arranged before or during your stay)

You have amazing views of the Adriatic sea, a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, outdoor table tennis, an outdoor shower, a lounge corner for relaxing in the sunset views, a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue (direct approach to the kitchen and living room), and a pool bar with A/C, a TV and table soccer.
* The ground floor (pool level) offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a glass door toward the pool, and an outdoor dining area. A living room with a flat-screen TV, A/C, and comfortable sofa. A Bedroom No1 with double bed 160cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, and exit toward outdoor sundeck and pool area. There is a separate toilet and also a washing machine with ironing amenities.
* The first floor (parking level) offers Bedroom No2 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, an en-suite bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, and an approach to the terrace with outdoor furniture and amazing sea and pool views (this terrace is shared with bedroom No3). A Bedroom No3 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, and an approach to the terrace (shared with Bedroom No2). Bedroom No4 with two single beds 2 x 90cm x 200cm and air-conditioning. There is also a family bathroom with a shower (for Bedrooms No 3 and No4).
The property is completely fenced and ensures 4 parking lots on private property (2 covered + 2 opened).
