Villa ABA is located above the coast road in Podstrana village surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants like pine and olive trees, with shades of green and blue all around you giving you a nice and peaceful environment. It is located on a private 365 sqm plot consisting of 640 sqm of useful space spread on two floors. It is situated only 10km from the famous town Split with many historical attractions very much worth visiting, only 650m from the lovely pebble beach in Podstrana, minimarket at 650m distance, 2 km from restaurants. If you prefer to enjoy your privacy at the property, you have the opportunity to arrange additional services like a private chef, a masseuse, and grocery delivery to the property, or you can arrange a private day boat tour to island Brač or Hvar (not included, all can be arranged before or during your stay).

Just behind the sundeck area is a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue (direct approach to the kitchen and living room), and two patio swings, an outdoor TV.

* The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a glass door toward the pool on one side, and an outdoor dining area on the other side. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave oven, and two refrigerators (one with an ice maker and cold water). A living room with a flat-screen TV with surround speakers, A/C, free WiFi, a comfortable sofa, and an office desk if you decide to work there a bit. There is also a Bedroom No1 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm that can connect to a king-size, flat-screen TV and exit toward the outdoor dining area. There is a separate bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The comfortable and stylish indoor spiral staircase takes you to the first floor.
