This beautifully decorated property of 380sqm of living space is located on a fully fenced private plot of 594sqm. It is equipped with all the necessary facilities that a modern guest needs for a very pleasant stay. The Villa is located only 300 m from the beach and offers a spectacular view of the sea.

Villa Meliora is located in the Podstrana - Strožanac village, only 9km from the famous town Split, 300m from the nice pebble and sandy beach in Podstrana, minimarket at 300m distance, and 300m from diverse restaurants. If you prefer to enjoy the privacy of the property, you have the opportunity to arrange additional services like a private chef, a masseuse, and grocery delivery to the property (not included in the price of the Villa, all can be arranged before or during your stay)

Villa Meliora is fully air-conditioned and exclusively offers you:

*The ground floor (70 m2) offers a very bright living room due to the glass walls facing the pool. There is also a very comfortable and elegant couch, flat screen TV, free WiFi, electric fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, espresso machine, wine fridge, toaster, kettle...), kitchen island with 4 bars chairs, and a wooden dining table. There is a direct connection to the outdoor dining area and pool. There is also a playroom for your little ones with a TV, various toys, and other entertainment for young people. A separate toilet is also located next to the living area.

*The area on the roof (175 m2 - accessed via an internal staircase) offers a sunbathing area with an open and panoramic view of the sea, a Finnish sauna with a view of the sea, a hydromassage tub (whirlpool) with a covered area, sun loungers, a circular sunbed, an outdoor a dining table, and there is also a kitchen table with a sink and a refrigerator.

*The outdoor area (ground floor level) offers a sun deck with a sea view, a private and heated pool of 25.2 m2 (9m x 2.8m) with hydromassage and a fully automated salt electrolysis system, sunbeds, a circular deckchair, an outdoor shower, a covered dining room with very comfortable chairs and views of the sea and the neighborhood. There is also a corner with a traditional grill for your grilling skills.Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

*The first floor offers 4 bedrooms:

A Master Bedroom No1 (47sqm) offers a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm and amazing sea views, TV, A/C, a kettle, an exercise bike, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a bathtub, a walk-in wardrobe, and a direct approach to the terrace with amazing sea and pool views.
Bedroom No2 (14sqm) with queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, TV, A/C, a kettle, sea and pool views, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom No3 (15sqm) with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, TV, A/C, a kettle, sea and pool views. Next to this is a family bathroom with a shower for this bedroom.
Bedroom No4 (15sqm) with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, TV, A/C, a kettle, views of the neighborhood. Next to this is a family bathroom with a shower and a bathtub for this bedroom.

*On the lower ground floor (120 m2 - accessible by internal stairs) you will find a Bedroom NO5 with a king-size bed 180 cm x 200 cm, a sofa, a kitchenette (with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and sink), a table for two, TV, a glass door to the artificial grass with two chairs and a view of the sea. There is a family bathroom with a shower next door. There is also a Media room with 4 lazy bags, a flat-screen TV, a PlayStation 5, and glass doors to artificial grass. This area is also accessible through the garage.
At this level is also a Gym with a treadmill, an exercise bike, weights, a bench, pilates balls, and a TV. Next to it is a fun zone with a Pool table (Billiards), a TV, two bar tables, a kitchenette, and a barbecue area. A Family bathroom with two sinks and a shower. There is also a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities next door.

There is a secured parking place on a private plot for 4 cars (2 in the parking lot, and 2 in the garage). From the parking lot, you are entering at the lower ground floor level.
Upon arrival, your host will give you very useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, and recommended day tours.
