* The ground floor area features a sun deck overlooking the sea, a 36 m2 (9 m x 4 m) heated pool with hydromassage, a shallow area for your youngest child, and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. There are also sunbeds for six people plus two lazy bags, a lounge area in front of the living room, a projector that projects onto a wall, an outdoor shower, and a covered outdoor dining area with sliding glass doors. Additionally, there is a kitchenette and a conventional grill in a corner for your grilling prowess. Besides the summer kitchen, there's an artificial grass area with a table tennis table, a dining table, and some kid-friendly toys behind the house. There are three distinct artificial grass grassplot areas in front of the pool area, each with the natural shade of pine trees from your courtyard, making it easy to find the ideal place to read a book or sip on a glass of wine.

*The glass walls facing the pool on the ground floor provide an exceptionally light living area. In addition, there's a fully furnished kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso), wine fridge, toaster, kettle, dining table, two bar stools, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and an electric fireplace. The summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area on the opposite side of the house is directly connected to the outdoor pool area in front of the villa.
