* 72-hour registration required: All guests (including day visitors) and all vehicles must be registered at least 72 hours before arrival or entry may be denied.
* Mandatory community fees (required even if you don’t use amenities):
* In-season (MDW-LDW): $8.50/night per guest age 6+
* Off-season: $2/night per guest age 6+
* $20 per car registration fee + $20 rental registration fee
* Paid separately via secure payment platform at registration. To be collected after booking
* Please note: there is no public trash pickup. Guests are asked to take any garbage to the community center. Bags left behind will result in a $30 per bag fee
* No fireworks (strictly enforced) up to $1,000 fines
* Burn bans may occur: fire pit use must comply with current rules; guests are responsible for any fines
* Pets: one dog allowed with required pet fee
* Age requirement: booking party must be 25+ and present; under 21 only with parent/guardian unless pre-approved
* Door code sent 24 hours before arrival
