Experience all the perks of the Arrowhead Lake community — two beautiful lakes with four sandy beaches, three outdoor pools, playgrounds, sports courts, and a lodge complete with a fitness center and game room. Whether you’re relaxing on the water or heading out for a day of adventure, you’re just a short drive from ski resorts, hiking trails, waterfalls, and all the best the Poconos has to offer.

MANDATORY COMMUNITY FEE: Arrowhead Lake community requires guest pay a community fee. In Season: $8.50 per night per guest aged 6 and up. Out of season $2.00 per night per guest aged 6 and up. $20 registration fee and $20 per car. In season is Memorial Day Weekend- Labor Day Weekend. We will register you with the community and then request payment via this platform

- **Registration Late Fee:** Please note that a $100 late fee will be applied to registrations made less than three days before your arrival. Registrations absolutely must be made by 11:59 pm the night before check in

Important Community Information:
• Guest & Vehicle Registration: All guests (including day visitors) and all vehicles must be registered with the community at least 72 hours before arrival — unregistered guests will not be permitted entry.
• Payment Process: These fees are set by the community and collected separately by your host at the time of registration via a secure payment platform.
• We will reach out after booking to gather the necessary information.

**Kindly note:** Same-day registrations or any same day modifications to your reservation are not permitted by the community. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!

Since there’s no curbside trash pickup in the community, all trash must be taken to the community trash center during your stay and before checkout. For safety and to avoid attracting wildlife, please do not leave any food or trash outside at any time.

HOUSE RULES:

(Please review the overall rules list before booking. We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of these rules are broken)

•You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.

•In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10 pm. No loud noise or music past 10pm.

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.

•NO FIREWORKS! A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present or observed.


•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.

•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

•No shoes inside the property.

•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

•Checkin time is 4 PM

•Checkout time is 10 AM.

•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.

•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture

•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)

•No Pets

• Please be mindful of the speed limits in the community. Arrowhead Lake strictly enforces the speed limit and all fines are the responsibility of the guest

• No Fireworks

Travel Insurance Recommended

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance, especially when traveling to the Pocono Mountains. Weather conditions, including snow and winter storms, can be unpredictable and may impact travel plans.
