The kitchenette (not a kitchen) includes microwave, larda fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, soup maker, omelette maker, china, cutlery, utensils and a sink. There is underfloor heating with settings in every room. There is also an air exchange system for fresh clean air entering the rooms at the same temperature of the old air that leaves through a different vent. The digs are accessed up a private drive with electric gates with private parking at no extra charge. The Mount is a one minute stroll to the very popular Royal William Yard with restaurants, bars and a small ferry to The Barbican. There is also a walk-on ferry (a two minute stroll) which goes across the River Tamar to Cornwall with lovely walks and Cornish villages and pubs.
