The location of the house is simply wonderful for a "villa holiday" right on the bay, quiet, well equipped, tastefully furnished etc. The holiday home is modern and spacious. You don't mind the spaciousness even when the house is full. A large garden, a beautiful location, a wonderful sun terrace or even two, an indoor swimming pool, heated, covered, closed off from wind and weather, but with beautiful large sliding doors onto the terrace. In particular, the fact that a large jacuzzi was installed in the house for the 2018 season is an incredible enrichment. Of course, we had no choice but to put the house under contract immediately. The house is surrounded by typical holiday life, with restaurants, bars and water sports facilities all very close to the villa. Come and have a look, it really is a very, very nice holiday home.

The modern holiday villa was built of wood in 2004, is wonderfully spacious and, at 200 mÂČ, very large for FinistĂšre. It has two sun terraces on the ground floor with 40mÂČ and on the first floor with approx. 18mÂČ. The five bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 10 holiday guests. The house is in close proximity (250m) to the bay of Kernic and the marvellous sandy beach of Porz Meur is in the immediate vicinity. A personal wellness and SPA area is available for you and your children - a large private indoor swimming pool (min 28°C) a beautiful 5 person Jacuzzi - the wellness area has its own toilet and shower and is directly attached to the house. It is a permanent indoor extension, both the hall and the pool are heated all year round. Brand new - a large 4-5 person Jacuzzi has been installed - a great addition to this beautiful house - this SPA area is also covered and heated all year round. There are now four bathrooms and shower facilities in the house! And the garden area in front of the swimming pool is fully fenced so that your four-legged friends can't "escape". NEW!!! Since 2022 there is a fourth shower in front of the POOL in the SPA area and there is also an additional toilet.

The outstanding thing is that you are totally independent of the weather, and you can enjoy yourself even with a few raindrops or a slightly "stiffer breeze" in all seasons. So "Peter" no longer stands in the way of your holiday and relaxation. Do you know how beautiful Brittany is outside the summer holiday season? At Ty Rohou Bras you are always in good hands.

A few years ago we "landed" here in beautiful FinistĂšre, and after a short time we couldn't leave this "marvellous corner of the world". That's exactly how it is with this fantastic wooden villa with all the comforts. We took over the management in 2016 because the house fits perfectly into our portfolio and is an outstandingly beautiful property in the region. We love FinistĂšre and we look after all our holiday properties with the same love.

The most striking feature of Villa Vacance "Ty Rohou Bras", apart from its beautiful location and generous facilities, is certainly the private pool area. Firstly, you don't have to share it with anyone, it is completely private and accessible directly from the house. And secondly, the most important thing is that the pool is permanently covered. It is heated all year round, so you are totally independent of the weather all year round. Especially for all lovers of Brittany outside the high season, the additional large jacuzzi (also covered and heated) integrated for the 2018 season should be an enrichment. Even if Brittany should show its windy or rainy side, your holiday at Ty Rohou Bras will never fall through. You and your children are completely independent of the weather, so your holiday is always 100% guaranteed. Do you know how beautiful Brittany is in autumn or spring and even in winter? By the way, the Breton translation of Rohou Bras means "big rock" - you can admire it on site, right in your garden in front of the main entrance. For holidaymakers with dogs, the part of the garden by the swimming pool is completely fenced in.

The villa "Ty Rohou Bras" is wonderfully close to the bay of Kernic, after 150 metres you have already reached the beautiful sandy bay, and the beach sailing centre of Plouescat is also just a short distance away. The pleasant town centre of Plouescat with various shopping facilities is also only about 3 kilometres from your villa. The most beautiful sandy beach on the headland of Plouescat is "Porz Meur", approx. 800 metres from the villa, which invites you to swim and promenade, from where you also have a wonderful view of the huge dunes of Keremma. When the sun is at its zenith, you can enjoy the wonderful spectacle of the sea with its turquoise-coloured water. The location is quiet, in a marvellous natural landscape typical of FinistĂšre, and the possibilities for water sports are within walking distance; you can reach the bay immediately, it is practically right in front of you.
