*POWER - As we complete final utility upgrades at the Hangars and await permanent power connection from the local electric company, electrical service may be provided by a temporary generator during your stay. Generator use may or may not be necessary during your visit, and the professionally installed system is designed to provide reliable power for all standard household amenities.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $30 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $220 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $77/30 days. *MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
