GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to entire villa except the garage and laundry room. Lower spa available for unlimited guest use. Upper spa available for additional fee of $75 for three hours - inquire with host for additional info and restrictions.
No visitors are allowed (only registered guests). No parties tolerated or allowed per HOA regulations. No smoking of any kind allowed in or on our property. Our house accommodates 8 guests and 2 vehicles maximum. Reservations must be made with correct number of guests at time of booking to get an accurate rate. The nightly rate includes up to 2 guests; additional guests are $40 per person, per night. You will need to show a photo ID as well as QR code provided by host after reservation and check in at the security gate upon arrival.
The extra guest fees are accurately reflected in the rates if correct number of people is entered in the reservation. Additional guest fees will be charged accordingly if the correct number of guests is not included in the reservation and will not be used as a basis for any cancellation refund request. Should you show up at the entry gate with unregistered guests and/or more people than allowed, you will be denied entry, your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be given. Children of all ages must be included as guests. NO exception.
Community pool and clubhouse access is not allowed (residents only).
Only 2 vehicles allowed and may only park in front of our home and garage. Parking in front of other homes or lots is prohibited and will be subject to fines or towing by the HOA.
Absolutely NO fireworks allowed in our community or beach per HOA regulations. The HOA is very strict about fireworks and will issue fines and/or eviction for noncompliance. Please reach out to host for acceptable locations for fireworks.
Pets: 2 maximum and need prior approval. Must be on leash when in community neighborhood or beach.
Please respect our home and neighbors. Deep cleaning (including vomit) and carpet cleaning will incur an additional expense of $250 - $500 after check out.
Dispose of garbage immediately in the community trash collection site one street up from the property. Do NOT leave trash outside the property as this brings unwanted insects and rodents and is also prohibited by the HOA (subject to fines).
Please be respectful of our home.
Firepit and Indoor Fireplaces - For safety and cleanliness, please only burn clean firewood in the fireplaces and outdoor firepitâno lighter fluid, beach wood, trash, or food. Any extra cleaning or chimney sweeping required due to misuse will be charged to the renter.
COMMUNITY CONSTRUCTION:
Plaza del Mar is a new growing community of upscale homes. Currently there are new homes under construction on both sides of the property. Contractors do their best to accommodate residents and guests alike, but there's a possibility of experiencing some level of construction noise during your stay. Allowable construction hours are 7:00 am - 6 pm Monday thru Friday, and 7:00 am - 1 pm Saturday. No construction allowed on Sundays.
Upon departure, please remove ALL trash. Please place all dirty towels or linens in the laundry baskets provided. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run before leaving. There are plenty of cleaning supplies under both kitchen sinks if needed. We truly hope you enjoy your stay!! Please reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns.
