Getting Around:

You probably don't need a vehicle to get around. Most tourist attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can explore the city on foot.



However, if you want to visit places further afield, there are several transportation options available in the city:



Car rental: If you want to go see the Riviera Maya, go to parks or cenotes or nearby cities.



Taxi: Taxis are a comfortable and safe option to get around the city. You can find them on any corner and they are relatively inexpensive. Be sure to ask the price before getting on and agree on a price with the driver before starting the trip.



Bicycles: If you like cycling, you can rent a bicycle at one of the many rental shops in town. Playa del Carmen has an extensive network of cycle paths that connect the main tourist spots of the city.

+ Playa Del Carmen ADO Station: 7 minutes (2.1 km)

+ Pharmacy: 2 minutes (500 m)

Other Things to Note:

There is construction or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the day.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
